Henry CorbinHenry comes to Practical Farmers of Iowa as our intern from Des Moines Area Community College. He is currently studying Agricultural Communications through the shared program with Iowa State University.

He was born and raised in Nevada, Iowa; graduating in 2015. He is a city boy with deep rural roots, and contributes this to his family.  His grandpa was a farm boy in the Montezuma- Grinnell area and has taught him all he knows about country life. As a youth, he was very active in Nevada High School FFA and Grant Guys and Gals 4H club. Henry has shown at Story County Fair and Iowa State Fair for many years. He is now a member of ISU FFA and ISU 4-H. His passion is restoring antique tractors to show at State fair. There is a 1949 Ford 8N, Cub Cadet 70, Cub Cadet Hydro 149, 1952 Super C, Ranchero 1979 and a MGB 1974 in his family shop.  When not at PFI or in the shop, he enjoys being with friends, kayaking, disk golfing, photography, and summer bonfires.
