Rock Spring Farm has over 15 acres of certified organic vegetable, herb and greenhouse production, selling produce year-round to natural food stores, groceries and wholesale distributors in Minnesota and Iowa since 1999. Under the banner of Flying Rutabaga Works, farmer Chris Blanchard also provides education and consulting about farm business concepts, systems development, food safety and scaling up.
