Farm description:

The Olsons farm 1,300 acres, with 100 acres certified organic and 300-400 acres in cover crops. The farm is ISO 9000 registered for all crops. They raise 50 head of natural calves, and sell to a natural beef cooperative in Kansas. Three years ago, they moved to GMO crops, but have 60 acres of non-GMO corn and the balance is GMO crops. Organic crops and hay are sold off the farm.
