Matthew 25 is an Iowa-based nonprofit committed to food, housing and education. The organization’s farm, Cultivate Hope Urban Farm, is a 2-acre farm near downtown Cedar Rapids that offers small farming and gardening plots to community members. Cultivate Hope farmers provide produce for the Matthew 25 corner store and the neighboring Groundswell Cafe. At this field day, you’ll tour the urban farm, learn about its history and mission and hear from farmers who grow for the Matthew 25 store.
