Event Overview
Michael and Darla Eeten began GoodEetens Produce Farm in 2009 and grow flowers, fruits and vegetables at their two farm locations in Everly and Boyden, Iowa. They grow their vegetables, which they sell at local farmers markets, using no chemicals or tillage, and in a manner they call “untamed.”
During this field day, see their Boyden farm location, which features outdoor vegetable and flower production. Learn how they approach growing with an integrated system that includes cut flowers and prairie flowers alongside vegetables. Michael and Darla will also share how they have diversified their markets and revenue streams with bread, cheese, maple syrup and more.
