Minimum Qualifications
Able to work outdoors, lift 50 pounds, possess driver's license, and work Saturdays during market season. Experience preferred but not required.

About the Trainers
Naomi and Andrew Friend
Trainer Experience: We have over ten years of experience operating a flower farm and farmer-florist business and are committed to developing capable, learning-minded employees. Naomi has trained and supervised multiple full- and part-time farm staff, and we have mentored students and emerging professionals in a variety of settings, including Iowa State University and art workshops. Several past employees have gone on to start their own flower farms and floral businesses. We focus on teaching practical skills in profitable flower production, direct-to-consumer sales and basic floral design.
