Many of our beginning farmer members at Practical Farmers are looking for land to begin or to expand their farming enterprises. We want to connect you! How to Connect

If you have land available and would like to find a buyer, a tenant or a beginning farmer to take over your operation, please fill out our landowner form. Land listings will be posted once a month.

I have land available

If you see a listing that feels like a good fit for you, please fill out our land seeker form to connect with the landowner who posted the listing. We will share your information with that landowner. Matches are made once a month. You are not required to answer all of the questions, but it will help us know more about your farming goals and can also help us match you with land opportunities that are not listed publicly.

Farmland Access Navigators

PFI also offers coaching support for land seekers and landowners. Farmland Access Navigators are farmer members who are trained to help you identify your goals and support you with resources and advice as you search for land connections. We also help with leases, family transition plans, and land purchases.
