Why Sponsor?

Farmers and friends of farmers from all over the Midwest gather for our Annual Conference in Des Moines, Iowa, each January for an energizing weekend of farmer-to-farmer learning and networking. At our 2026 conference, we welcomed more than 1,000 attendees and more than 100 sponsors and exhibitors to the Iowa Events Center.

The 2027 conference will offer 70 sessions taking place over Jan. 8 and 9 – please join us!

Sponsorship Registration Dates

  • Sponsor registration opens: Sept. 16, 2026
    • Sponsor and exhibitor registration opens. Sign up quick! Exhibitor space is limited, and exhibitor locations are assigned based on the sign-up order and sponsor level selected.
  • Preconference brochure deadline: Oct. 8, 2026
    • Deadline for Level A, B and Premium Sponsor logos to be included in 7,000 copies of the preconference brochure. 
  • Conference program deadline: Dec. 4, 2026
    • Deadline for all sponsors and exhibitors to be included in the conference program for attendees.
  • Conference registration closes: Dec. 23, 2026
    • Deadline for exhibiting organizations to submit their attendee names. Registration for all attendees closes.
  • Exhibit hall opens: Jan. 8-9, 2027
    • Exhibitors may set up during the afternoon of Jan. 7 during our preconference short courses.

  • Nonprofit Exhibitor – $500
