Farm Assistant

Trainer Experience: I grew up in a family farm and have operated my own business since 2019. I want to support a beginning or aspiring farmer wanting to learn more about pastured poultry production at scale. I have had the opportunity to manage employees for several years, including overseeing flower CSA deliveries. Last summer, I specifically managed one employee who assisted with poultry care and other farm tasks. Overall, my experiences working with employees have been very positive, and I've developed strong management skills that foster collaboration and efficiency on the farm. I have had the privilege of serving as a mentor for PFI's Savings Incentive Program, where I gained valuable experience in guiding others toward their financial goals. Throughout my career, I have held numerous leadership positions, which have helped me develop strong communication and problem-solving skills. I am confident in my ability to provide clear and insightful explanations, ensuring that complex topics are easily understood. Additionally, I have extensive experience in raising a variety of livestock species, which has further honed my skills and knowledge in animal husbandry.
