Why Sponsor?

The second annual Midwest Meat Summit will be held June 17-18, 2026, in Ankeny, Iowa.

The summit, hosted by PFI in collaboration with the National Meat Summit Steering Committee, will bring together every part of the meat supply chain to learn, network and build community. Farmers, butchers and industry experts will convene for nearly two days of technical and business assistance, valuable speaker sessions and ample time to mingle and connect.

On the first day, attendees will take a bus tour to visit farms and a processor, followed by a local foods dinner. The second day consists of breakout sessions and an exhibit hall.

PFI is also recruiting sponsors to be a part of our 2026 on-farm field day season. Learn more about those opportunities.

Sponsorship Registration Dates

  • Registration Opens: April 29*
    • April 27 is the deadline to be listed on the website prior to attendee registration opening and the deadline for major sponsors to be listed in the news release.
    • May 22 is the deadline for sponsors to be included on attendee tote bags and to have logos or listings included in the printed summit program.
  • Registration Closes: June 11

*Space is limited for exhibitors! Sponsor and exhibitor registration may close early if capacity is reached.

Dinner Sponsor — $3,000

Available for one organization. Includes five event registrations and meals.

  • 10’x10’ booth space with 8-foot skirted table on day two (Thursday)
  • Logo & listing in Midwest Meat Summit Program

  • Logo on attendee tote bags
  • Logo featured alongside the dinner in the program
  • Listing in the Midwest Meat Summit news release
  • Option to have an 8-foot table and display during the dinner. If sponsor chooses not to display, PFI will provide an 18"x24" sponsor sign at the entrance.

Host the Bus Tour — $3,000

Available for one organization. Includes five event registrations and meals.
