PFI Member Jack “Tree hugger/Tree Cutter” Knight is first Iowa woodland owner in the state to have land certified “Bird-Friendly” by the Forest Stewardship Council.

There may be government cost-share programs to get some financial assistance, in some cases as much as 50-80%.
