Clear Brook Farm business partners Andrew Knafel and Matthew Patterson join us from Shaftsbury, Vermont. They grow over 20 acres of organic produce, additional acres of on farm biofuel, and about ½ acre of greenhouses. Jennie Smith’s Butcher Creek beginning farm specializes in heirloom tomatoes just south of Des Moines for restaurant and farmers market.
