Planting Corn in 60-in. Row-Widths for Interseeding Cover Crops

A few dedicated cover crop farmers are planting corn at wider row spacing – 60 inch rows – to allow them to get cover crops established early, at V4 – V6 stage of corn development. This video shows results of a Practical Farmers of Iowa Cooperators’ Program research trial on how planting corn at wider row widths to interseed cover crops affects yield.
