Jamie also discusses grass-finished markets and economic opportunities, sharing how he profited $500 per acre from selling his cattle to an out-of-state market.

Jamie pays close attention to cattle genetics and is trained in linear measurement, which helps to produce tender, high-quality beef. He uses regenerative grazing practices to benefit both the livestock and the land.
