Farm Dinners With Whitney Clasen of Grade A Gardens
Hospitality is an important part of Whitney and Jordan Clasen’s work at Grade A Gardens in Earlham, Iowa, where they grow fruits and vegetables host on-farm events. “My mom had a restaurant, so hospitality is kind of in my blood and we just love bringing people to our farm in the hopes that someone would take away something that they didn’t know before,” Whitney says.
In this video, Whitney talks about farm-to-table dinners including how they’re structured and her belief that, though farm dinners are becoming more popular, still not enough people are doing them.
