AMES, Iowa (Jan. 9, 2025) —  Farmers looking to learn this winter are invited to participate in PFI’s 2025 winter webinar series. Running Jan. 21 – April 15, the series features 13 free webinars covering topics relevant to both new and experienced row crop, livestock, and horticulture farmers, as well as landowners.

“Winter webinars are an easy way for farmers to stay connected, share experiences, and continue learning during the colder months,” says Vanya North, PFI’s habitat education coordinator. “Each webinar gives practical insights that can help farmers improve their operations and explore new ideas – all from the comfort of their farm.”

All webinars are held on Tuesdays, from noon to 1 p.m. Central Time from January to April. The events are free to attend and open to all. Each presentation focuses on a unique production or business management topic and is led by a farmer or subject-matter expert. Attendees can ask questions in real time using a chat box during the presentations.
