Location
4375 Pierce Ave. Paullina, IA 51046

Torray & Erin Wilson
Wilson Organic Dairy
Torray and Erin Wilson are part of the third generation on the Wilson farm. Each family member active in the farm is responsible for a different crop or livestock enterprise. Torray and Erin operate the grass-based dairy, selling milk to Organic Valley since 2016. They both have training in Holistic Management and continue to find those insights helpful in managing the complexity of the farm and family.
Come learn how they are doing things differently in corn and soybean country, from grazing their dairy herd and planting silvopasture to experimenting with Johnson Su compost. Torray says their goal is to have a farm that is flourishing and beautiful.
