Sliding hitches for cultivators, basic GPS guidance, autosteer, etc. What do all these terms mean? Join Roger, Mary and Jacob to learn more about these tools and how they can be put to work on an organic farm. The trio will share a broad enough perspective to provide value to any farmer interested in mechanical weed control, from a 20-acre vegetable farmer with a four-row cultivator to a 2,500-acre farmer with a 12-row cultivator.

The Farm: Roger and Mary Knutson operate a diverse organic farm in Iowa’s Hardin county. Jacob Bolson, their son-in-law, Jacob lives with his wife and four children on an acreage outside of Hubbard in Hardin County, helping on the Knutson farm and working in the farm equipment industry.
