Wilber will share his experience managing a biodiverse system of symbiotically connected livestock and perennials (hazelnuts and elderberries) at Main Street Project in Northfield, Minnesota. Join Wilber as he covers tips and tricks for managing poultry, and the challenges and benefits poultry bring to perennial crops.
