Alliant Energy rebates for renewable energy end Dec. 31, 2013!

By Liz Kolbe

Thinking seriously about installing solar PV, wind, a biomass burner or an anaerobic digester? If so, and you are an Alliant customer, you need to act quickly to take advantage of their rebate program, which may cover up to 50% of the installation cost of your project. This program will not be renewed in 2014.

The project does not need to be completed by the December 31 deadline, but some preliminary steps must be in motion. Visit the linked websites or contact Alliant Energy for more information.

Business and Farm Renewable Energy Rebates (this category includes properties where the farm and home are on the same meter), or the Residential Renewable Energy Rebates.
