Sponsor our 2025 Annual Conference!
The Practical Farmers of Iowa Annual Conference will be held Jan. 10-11, 2025, and for the second year in a row, it will be held at the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines, Iowa.
The conference center is conveniently located directly off the I-80/I-35 interstate system in Downtown Des Moines. The conference activities will be held on Level 3 of the facility, with same-level parking and loading zones (including a loading dock), and a same-level indoor skywalk system.
The exhibit hall will be located on the grand concourse, surrounded on both sides by classrooms holding breakout sessions throughout the weekend.
After the first year in our new venue, we received excellent feedback from exhibitors about the Event Center’s ease of access, the exhibit hall layout and the conference schedule with ample time for networking.
As usual, the PFI conference experience includes a wide range of farmer-led educational content and plenty of time for making meaningful connections: 70-plus sessions, hundreds of attendees, 90-plus exhibitors and many fun activities.

Midwest Meat Summit Sponsor Opportunities
We will also host the Midwest Meat Summit just ahead of our annual conference alongside our pre-conference short courses. We expect 150+ at the Midwest Meat Summit.

Important Dates
Oct. 10: Registration deadline for Level A, B and Major Sponsors to be listed in the 5,000 printed copies of our pre-conference brochure.
Dec. 5: Registration deadline for all exhibitors to be listed in the exhibitor directory in attendees’ conference program.
Jan. 2: Final deadline for exhibitor registration. Exhibit hall map is finalized and sent to all exhibiting organizations.
Jan. 9-10: Pre-conference “short courses” and the Midwest Meat Summit are held at the Iowa Event Center for attendees who purchased short course tickets.
*Exhibitors may register separately to have an exhibitor booth during the Midwest Meat Summit.
Jan. 10-11: Practical Farmers of Iowa conference begins! Exhibitor set up is from 8-11 a.m. on Jan. 10. The exhibit hall opens to attendees at 11 a.m. on Jan. 10. Exhibitors will be notified if the exhibit hall is available for dropping off materials on the evening of Jan. 9.
