Sponsor our 2024 Annual Conference!

The Practical Farmers of Iowa Annual Conference will be held Jan. 19-20, 2024, at the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines, Iowa.

Our new conference center is conveniently located directly off the I-80/I-35 interstate system in Downtown Des Moines. The conference activities will be held on Level 3 of the facility, with same-level parking and loading zones (including a loading dock), and a same-level indoor skywalk system. The exhibit hall will be located on the grand concourse, surrounded on both sides by classrooms holding breakout sessions throughout the weekend.

We have no doubt the ease of access, exhibit hall layout, and our standard schedule including ample time for networking will be an excellent experience for your organization.

As usual, the PFI conference experience includes a wide range of farmer-led educational content and plenty of time for making meaningful connections: 60+ sessions, hundreds of attendees, 90+ exhibitors, and many fun activities.

Important Dates

October 26: Registration deadline for Level A, B and Major Sponsors to be listed in the 5,000 printed copies of our pre-conference brochure

December 11: Registration deadline for all exhibitors to be listed in the exhibitor directory in attendees’ conference program

January 12: Final deadline for exhibitor registration. Exhibit hall map is finalized and sent to all exhibiting organizations

January 18-19: Pre-conference “short courses” are held at the Iowa Event Center for attendees who purchased a separate short course ticket

January 19-20: Practical Farmers of Iowa Conference begins! Exhibitor set up is from 8 a.m.–11 a.m. on January 19. The exhibit hall opens to attendees at 11 a.m. on January 19. Exhibitors will be notified if the exhibit hall is available for dropping off materials on the evening of January 18.
