Reducing Yield Variability Through Soil Health – Wayne Fredericks & Jerry Hatfield

By Practical Farmers of Iowa

Mitchell County farmer Wayne Fredericks and plant physiologist Jerry Hatfield will review the extensive on-farm research data they’ve collected on reducing yield variability. Their data shows that improving soil health through cover crops and other conservation practices can have a positive effect on total field yield.
