Why do you want to farm?
I want to farm to heal the land and myself. I love working outside, I love working with nature and animals.
What are you farming right now?
I am currently raising vegetables, fruit, laying hens, broilers, turkeys, cattle and hogs. I use organic practices only, focused on building soil life.
What’s your vision for your farm?
I envision my farm having veggies, fruit, worm composting, a little animal husbandry and some type of program to help beginning farmers.
Why do you want to participate in this program?
I want to participate in SIP to save capital for my farm and for networking opportunities.
